Michael A. Sallustio, Sr.

Michael A. Sallustio, Sr., 69 of Allentown, PA, passed away on Saturday, April 9, 2022, at Lehigh Valley Hospital Center, Salisbury Twsp., PA. Born July 18, 1952, he was the son of the late Joseph Sallustio and the late Elizabeth (Rose) Sallustio. He was the husband of Cynthia A. (Makowe) Sallustio with whom he shared 20 years of marriage this past July 7, 2021.

Michael was last employed by Mondelez / Kraft Foods, E. Hanover, NJ., as a stocker. Prior to he had over 35 years of service in the Overhead Door Business in sales working for both Overhead Doors and Set Rite , both in Allentown until retiring. He also worked for Sears Automotive Division in sales, Walnutport, PA. Michael was Past President of St. Anne's Athletic Assoc. in Bristol, PA, he was a member of the V.F.W. Post# 7293 Whitehall-Egypt, PA, Member of the American Legion Post #426, Coplay, PA, and a member of the Fullerton Fire Co., Whitehall, PA. Michael served his country as a Airman 1st Class in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War.

Surviving along with his wife Cynthia are son, Michael A. Sallustio, Jr. and Fiance' Tara of Syracuse, NY, daughter, Lisa wife of Roger Rodriguez of Bethlehem, PA, step-son; Tommy Correa, Jr. and wife Carolyn of Palmerton, PA, brothers, Joseph Sallustio and wife Sylvia of Rome, NY, Tony Sallustio and wife Debra and Vincent Sallustio both of Bristol, PA; 2 Grandchildren. He was predeceased by sister, Mary F. Sheets in 2017.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday April 15, 2022 at Schisler Funeral Home, 2119 Washington Avenue, Northampton, PA, 18067. Family and friends may call 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM prior to service. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family.
