Michael D. Wassum,
59, of Autumn Lane, Jim Thorpe, Penn Forest Township, Pennsylvania, died Saturday morning, July 21, 2018, in his home. Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Donald R. Wassum, and Mrs. Sandra M. (Coffin) Wassum-Eckroade of Penn Forest Township.
Michael was employed as a Plastics Engineer for Computer Designs, Whitehall, for many years. He attended St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Slatington. He was a member of the Slatington Traveling Bowling League. Michael enjoyed biking, hiking, and he was an avid Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies Fan.
Survivors: Mother, Sandra Wassum-Eckroade. Cousins, Stephanie, Lisa, and Shelly. He was predeceased by his father, Donald R. Wassum.
