Nancy C. Salter

Nancy C. Salter , 86 of Whitehall, PA, passed away on Saturday, March 15, 2025, at Cedarbrook Nursing Home of Allentown, PA. Born August 5, 1938 in Coplay, PA, she was the daughter of the late Martin Mohr and the late Eva (Walbert) Mohr. Nancy was the wife of Richard Salter, with whom she shared 60 years of loving marriage.

She was a graduate of  Coplay High School, and then went on to complete Beauty School in Allentown.  Nancy worked as a beautician for 7 years, in Allentown and at Bessy Hannah's before retiring to be a homemaker. She was a member of the Lady Auxiliary of Fullerton Fire Company, and was a choir member at Trinity U.C.C. Whitehall.  Nancy was known to always have her house decorated beautifully for the holidays, and had a passion for traveling with Richard & friends, especially cruising.

Surviving along with her husband are daughter Monica Klaman and husband John of Emmaus Pa, sister, Donna Bentz and husband Craig of Allentown, PA., and multiple nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by brother, Gerald Mohr.

A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday March 21, 2025, at Schisler Funeral Home, 2119 Washington Ave. Northampton, PA 18067. The family invites family and friends to gather from 10:00 AM up until the time of the service. Interment will follow at Arlington Memorial Park, Whitehall, PA.
