Nicholas F. Politi, Jr.

After a lengthy and valiant battle with serious health conditions, Nicholas "Nick" F. Politi Jr . passed away peacefully at Lehigh Valley Muhlenberg Hospital on August 1st, 2024.

Nick was a Bethlehem guy at heart who graduated from Freedom High School and grew up on Vista Drive with his mother Wilma Politi, father Nicholas F. Politi Sr., and three brothers Robert (Bob), Thomas (Tommy), and Daniel (Dan.) Nick was a determined and dedicated worker throughout his life. He spent time early in life commuting out to New Jersey doing drafting work while his next career took him to working at FLSmidth as an auditor for over 20 years. A great source of pride along his path in life was serving the Board of Trustees at Northampton Community College. He served on the board for more than 20 years and truly held dear the NCC community. Nick also participated as a member on the Northampton Borough Planning Commission for 35 years and even dabbled part time running auto parts deliveries. Whatever the job was, Nick believed in giving his everything up until the very end of his life.

Nick was a loving father, grandfather, and friend. He is preceded by his mother, Wilma Politi, his father,  Nicholas F. Politi Sr., and his first grandchild, Evan Politi. He is survived by his three children Eric Politi (Michelle), daughter Lisa Politi, daughter Katelyn, grandchildren Sophia and Ayden, brothers Robert Politi of Bethlehem, Thomas Politi also of Bethlehem, Daniel Politi and his wife Sandy of Lyons, as well as three nieces and a nephew.

A Memorial Service will be held on August 8th, 2024 at 7:30PM at Schisler Funeral Home, Northampton PA. The family will invite relatives and friends to gather from 6:00PM up until the time of service.
