Patricia L. Brobst

Patricia L. (McCann) Brobst , 88, of Ashley Lane, Lehighton, E. Penn Twp., formerly of Catasauqua, died Monday afternoon, February 19, 2024, at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Twp.  She was the wife of the late Arthur H. Brobst.  Born in Hazleton, Luzerne County, she was a daughter of the late Clare and Mary D. (Ferry) McCann.

Patricia was employed as a layout operator by the former Lucent Technologies Corp., Allentown, retiring in 1997.  She also worked as a tax collector for the Borough of Catasauqua, 2001-2005.  Patricia and her late husband enjoyed traveling.

Survivors: Daughters, Carla wife of Bruce Thomas of Nazareth, Cheryl wife of David Rimshaw of Stokesdale, NC, and Colleen Baatz of MI.  Sons, Daniel McAnna of Allentown, James and wife Kim Brobst of Palmerton, Barry and wife Carolyn Brobst of Lehighton, and Thomas of Egypt, Whitehall Twp.  14 grandchildren.  11 great-grandchildren.  2 half-sisters and 1 half-brother.  She was predeceased by daughter, Erin Brobst in 2022.
