Patricia A. (Hall) Petito , 81, of Washington Avenue, Northampton, PA, died peacefully Thursday evening, December 8, 2022, at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township.  Born in Northampton, she was the daughter of the late Paul E. and Anna (Schaffer) Hall.

A 1959 graduate of the Northampton High School, she participated in the Big N Band as a Majorette, continuing her education she later graduated from a 5 year program at Moravian College, Bethlehem, in Medical Technology, where she enjoyed playing tennis for her college's team, and was an active sorority member.  Patricia was employed by the Blood Bank Test Center, West Chester, then as a phlebotomist for Laboratory of Clinical Pathology, Bethlehem, and later worked for Quest Diagnostics.  Her career included medical sales and marketing, and ended with Miller Keystone Blood Center.

Patricia was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ, Northampton.  A member of the former Northampton Exchangettes, she volunteered for many years during the Northampton Exchange Club Summer Community Days Fair.  Patricia was a very strong, thoughtful, and determined woman, who was "like a mother" to many, and was an animal lover.  She enjoyed traveling, reading, going to the beach, movies, cultural events, music, politics, gardening, spending time shopping with her daughter, and bowling.

Survivors: Daughter, Anita M. Petito of Allentown.  Sister-in-law, Denise Hall of Fort Lee, NJ.  Former spouse, Dr. George D. Petito of Bethlehem.  Aunt, Gladys Schaffer.  Cousins, Diane wife of Dennis Schmoyer, Ryan and wife Stephanie Mackewen, and Tracy Mackewen.  She was predeceased by her brother, Charles Hall.

Services: 10:30 a.m., Thursday, December 15, 2022, Schisler Funeral Home, 2119 Washington Avenue, Northampton, PA 18067.  Call, 7:00-8:30 p.m., Wednesday, December 14, 2022, and 9:30-10:30 a.m., on Thursday, in the funeral home.  Interment, Greenwood Cemetery, Howertown, Allen Township.  Online Condolences: www.schislerfuneralhomes.com .
