Patricia A. Turbedsky

Patricia A. Turbedsky , 86 of Whitehall, PA, passed away on Sunday, August 11, 2024, at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Muhlenberg in Bethlehem, PA. Born December 15, 1937 in Allentown, PA, she was the daughter of the late Joseph M. Thomas and the late Margaret R. (Deutsch) Thomas. She was the wife of the late Ronald Turbedsky, with whom she shared 36 years of loving marriage before his passing in 1992.

Patricia worked as a lay out operator for the former Western Electric Company, before retiring in 1990.  After retiring, Patricia volunteered for many years at Mercy School For Special Learning. She enjoyed playing bingo, going to the casino, shopping, and traveling. Above all, she enjoyed the time she spent with her family.

Surviving are son, Jeffrey Turbedsky of Stony Point, NY, daughters, Suellen wife of the late David Kustafik of Whitehall, PA, Pamela, wife of Dr. Gregory Tomcho of Orefield, PA, Grandsons, Derek Kustafik of Whitehall, PA, Ian Tomcho of Denver, CO, Austin and Tyler Turbedsky of Stony Point, NY. Granddaughters, Nicole Kustafik of Whitehall, PA, Alyssa Collela of State College, PA. Great-Grandchildren, Kaiya Kustafik of Whitehall, PA, Grayson Collela of State College, PA, and Lucy Pinkaow Tomcho, of Denver, CO, due in October.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday August 17 at Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church, 2181 Washington Avenue,  Northampton, PA 18067. The family will receive friends from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at Schisler Funeral Home, 2119 Washington Ave., Northampton, PA 18067. Interment will follow in Assumption of the B.V.M. Cemetery- Mausoleum, Northampton, PA. Schisler Funeral Home, 2119 Washington Avenue, Northampton, PA 18067 has been entrusted with her care and services.
