Patrick B. Rodrigues

Patrick B. Rodrigues , 74, of Delaware Avenue, Palmerton, Pennsylvania, died Sunday afternoon, January 3, 2021, at the Schuylkill Center, Pottsville.  He was the husband of Gwendolyn (Osborne) Rodrigues since September 24, 1969.  Born in Palmerton, he was a son of the late Juan and Jesus (Salazar) Rodrigues.

Patrick was employed in the assembly department of the Stanley-Vidmar Corp., Allentown.  Previously, he worked for the former NJ Zinc Co., Palmerton.  Patrick attended St. John's Episcopal Church, Palmerton.  A 1964 graduate of the Palmerton High School, he later served his country with honor in the Marine Corps, Vietnam, achieving the rank of LCPL.  Patrick was a member of the Palmerton Hungarian Club, and the Lehighton Orioles.

Survivors: Wife.  Daughter, Christina H. wife of Jeramy Kattner of Nesquehoning.  8 grandchildren.  Sisters, Trinidad Nothstein of Northampton, Jesus "Tootsie" wife of Ralph Larosh, and Linda wife of Walter Johnson, all of Palmerton.  Brother, Steve Rodrigues and companion Paula Papay of Palmerton.  Nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by son, Bryan C. in 2019, 2 sisters, and 5 brothers.
