Pearl R. Bierman

Pearl R. (Beers) Bierman, 92, died peacefully Monday evening, September 11, 2017, at Pleasant Trees Personal Care Home, East Penn Township.  She was the wife of the late Llewellyn C. Bierman who passed in 1986.  Born in Lower Towamensing Township, she was a daughter of the late Asa and Emma (Meckes) Beers.

Pearl was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and homemaker.  She was a member of Dinkey Memorial Evangelical Lutheran Church, Ashfield.

Survivors: Son, Charles L. and wife Linda Bierman of East Penn Township.  6 grandchildren, Shawn, Scott, Eric, Dawn, Ricky, and Michael.  12 great-grandchildren.  Numerous nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by son Richard A. in 2002, and 15 siblings.

Services: 11:00 a.m. Friday, September 15, 2017, at Dinkey Lutheran Church, P.O. Box 250, 1742 Dinkey Road, Ashfield, PA 18212.  Call, 10:00-11:00 a.m. Friday in the church.  Interment is at the Church Cemetery, East Penn Township.  Arrangements are by Campton Funeral Home, Inc., 525 Delaware Avenue, Palmerton, PA 18071.  Online Condolences: www.schislerfuneralhomes.com
