Peter Innerbickler

Peter Innerbickler , 97, of Autumn Lane, Lehighton, E. Penn Twp, died peacefully Saturday afternoon, December 23, 2023, at Cedarbrook Senior Care and Rehab Center, S. Whitehall Twp. Born in Hutchinson, KS, he was a son of the late John and Beatrice (Martinez) Innerbickler.

Peter was employed as a shipfitter for the Federal Govt Naval Shipyard, Long Beach, CA, for many years. He served in the Navy, WWII Era, serving at NTS Sampson, NY, and NAS Pensacola, FL. He achieved rank of S1c.

Survivors : son, Peter Gordon and wife Edna of Long Beach, CA. sister, Priscilla wife of Robert Greene of Santa Fe, NM. niece, Joan O'Shea of Pittsburgh. nephew, Thomas Innerbickler of Pittsburgh. His companion of several years, Mildred M. (Gressler) Kemmerer passed away several hours after he.
