Philip G. Werner, 64, of Edgemont Avenue, Palmerton, Pennsylvania, died suddenly Saturday afternoon, September 10, 2016, at Blue Mountain Health Systems, Palmerton, after being stricken at home. Born in East Orange, New Jersey, he was a son of the late Karl Dietz and Hildegard (Dietz) Werner.
Philip worked in construction as a general contractor for many years. He was of the Protestant denomination, and was an avid NRA member.
Survivors: Daughters, Meghan M. Werner and fiancé Eric Bopp of Mine Hill, New Jersey, Katlyn R. Werner of Stillwater, New Jersey. Sons, Erik of Palmerton, Pennsylvania, Karl of Mine Hill, New Jersey. Brother, Robert.
Services will be at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are by Campton Funeral Home, Inc., 525 Delaware Avenue, Palmerton, Pennsylvania 18071.
Contributions may be made in his memory to the charity of one's choice.
