Ralph H. Zellers, Jr.

Ralph H. "Chick" Zellers, Jr., 90 of Bethlehem, PA died on Sunday, May 5, 2019, at ManorCare Health Services in Bethlehem, PA. Born June 10, 1928 in Northampton, PA, he was the son of the late Ralph H. Zellers,Sr. and the late Estella (Schaffer) Zellers. He was the husband of the late June R. Schneeberger who passed in 1997 and the late Phyllis M. (Hetrick) Leibold-Zellers who passed in 2013.

Ralph was a graduate of Allentown High School and went on to work for Mack Trucks, Inc., Allentown, PA. in maintenance for 30 years until retiring in 1985. Ralph was a member of Emanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church, Bath, PA. were he enjoyed assisting with many areas of responsibility throughout the years, including the counting committee. He enjoyed playing cards including pinochle and poker. Ralph served his country as a peacetime veteran in the United States Army.

Surviving are sons, Kevin Zellers and wife Debra of Northampton, and Ralph H. Zellers III of Bethlehem, daughter, Sandra Zellers of Northampton, brother, David Zellers of Allentown. 3 Grandchildren; Stacy wife of Christopher Borger of Walnutport, Kelley Fenstermaker and Joshua Zellers both of Northampton. 3 Great - Grandchildren; Corporal Bryce Borger, Hunter and Destiny Fenstermaker. Step-Sons; Richard and Lynne Leibold, Northampton, Robert and Janet Leibold, Quakertown; Step-Daughters; Christine wife of Warren Walker, Jr., Northampton, and Lora wife of Ray Alvarez, Bethlehem. 9 Step Grandchildren and 8 Step-Great-Grandchildren. He was predeceased by a daughter Beverly Haftl in 2009, along with 6 Brothers and 1 Sister.

A Funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, May 9, 2019 at Emmanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church, 3175 Valley View Drive Bath, PA. 18014. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM in the church prior to the service. Interment will follow in Mountain View Cemetery, Emmanuelsville, PA.
