Rebecca T. Massey-Ake

Rebecca T. Massey-Ake' , 26, of White Street, Bowmanstown, PA, died suddenly Friday evening, January 12, 2024, at St. Luke's Hospital, Carbon Campus, Lehighton.  She was the wife of Logan A. Ake' since August 31, 2023.  Born in Bethlehem, she was a daughter of Anthony R. and Dana M. (Montoya) Massey of Palmerton.

Rebecca was employed as a Vet Tech for Stanglein Veterinary Clinic, Northampton.  A 2015 graduate of the Palmerton High School, she later graduated from Lehigh Carbon Community College, Schnecksville, and was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Palmerton.

Survivors: Husband.  Parents.  Maternal grandmother, Mrs. Paulette (Kimoto) Montoya of Hardy, AR.  Sisters, Valentina Massey, and Isabella Massey, both of Palmerton.  Brothers, Blake Massey, Jake Massey, Giovanni Massey, Dominic Massey, and Maximus Massey, all of Palmerton.  Aunts, uncles, and cousins.  Her beloved Siberian Husky, Daisy.

Services: Mass of Christian Burial, 11:00 a.m., Saturday, January 20, 2024, Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 243 Lafayette Avenue, Palmerton, PA 18071.  Holy Rosary, 10:30 a.m., Saturday in the church, and all are welcome.  Future Interment.  Arrangements, Campton Funeral Home, Palmerton.  Online Condolences: www.schislerfuneralhomes.com .
