Richard T. Haines

Richard T. Haines, 86 of Walnutport, PA passed away on Friday, September 4, 2020, at his residence. Born July 22, 1934 in Northampton, PA,, he was the son of the late Carl and Mary (Churetta) Haines. He was the husband of the late Phyllis (Butz) Haines with whom he shared 61 years of marriage before her death in 2014.

Richard worked for 25 years as an officer for the Whitehall Police Department, after his retirement he worked for the Liquor Control Board for 16 years. Richard was a long-time member of Bethany Wesleyan Church.

Richard is survived by his loving family.

Services will be held privately at the family's convenience. Schisler Funeral Home, 2119 Washington Ave Northampton, PA, has been entrusted with the arrangements.
