Robert C. Eder

Robert "Rob" C. Eder , 52, of Overlook Drive, Lehighton, Franklin Twp., Carbon County, PA, formerly of Nassau County, Long Island, NY, died suddenly Tuesday, January 23, 2024, in his home.  Born in Manhattan, NY, he was a son of the late Leonard and Barbara (Pitkanen) Eder.

Rob was a self-employed construction contractor/real estate for many years.  An avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed fishing, hunting, and spending time in the Pennsylvania woodlands.

Survivors: Daughter, Hailey E. Eder of Jim Thorpe, PA.  Brothers, Leonard and wife Tina of Cross Plains, WI, and David and wife Pakhi of New York, NY.  Nieces and nephew, Leonhard, Morgan, Annabel, and Lexi.  He was predeceased by a daughter, Katelyn Elder in 2020.

Services: Mass of Christian Burial, 9:30 a.m., Saturday, January 27, 2024, at St. Dominic Roman Catholic Church, 93 Anstice Street, Oyster Bay, LI, NY, 11771.
