Robert K. Miller Jr.

Robert K. Miller, Jr. , 82 of Bethlehem, PA formerly of Whitehall, PA passed away on Sunday, August 27, 2023, at Country Meadows in Bethlehem, PA. Born July 25, 1941 in Orefield, PA, he was the son of the late Robert K. Miller, Sr. and the late Ruth J. (Rumble)  Miller. He was the husband of the late Lorraine C. (Kowalski) Voorhees- Miller who passed away in 2007.

Robert was a Fabric Designer for Raxon Fabrics, Allentown, PA. for 46 years before retiring in 2008. He was a member of St. John the Baptist R.C. Church, Whitehall, PA. He  enjoyed playing his trumpet with the Band the former Palmertones, for several years.

Robert is survived by his daughter, Denise E. w/o Lewis Beach of Elkin, NC; Step-daughter, Stephanie wife of Scott Speshok, Bethlehem, PA and step-son, David Voorhees and husband Michael Gambogi.  2 Granddaughters, Brianna and Brooke.

A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday September 1, 2023 at Schisler Funeral Home, 2119 Washington Ave. Northampton, PA. 18067 with the Rev. Msgr. Gerald E. Gobitas officiating. The family will receive friends from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM on Thursday, August 31, 2023, and Friday 9/1/23 from 10:00 AM until time of service.
Interment will be held on Tuesday September 5, 2023 at 11:00AM  in Holy Saviour Cemetery, Bethlehem, PA.
