Ronald A. Fronheiser

Ronald A. Frohnheiser, 88, of Lower Nis Hollow Drive, Lehighton, E. Penn Twp, died Tuesday afternoon, August 4, 2026, in his home. He was the husband of the late Pauline (Whitehead) Frohnheiser who passed in 2011. Born in W. Bowmans, E. Penn Twp, he was a son of the late Kenneth and Liona (Rehrig) Frohnheiser.

Ronald was employed as a foreman by the former Bethlehem Steel Corp for over 40 years retiring in 1996. A 1955 graduate of the Palmerton High School, he was an avid golfer and life member of the Bowmanstown Vol Fire Co., and member of the Bowmanstown Rod and Gun Club, the Palmerton Rod and Gun Club, and the East Penn Sporting Club.

Survivors: daughters, Kim D. Wentz of Coeur D Alene, ID, Bonnie L. wife of Chip Pinard of Mount Airy, MD, and Carol A. wife of Richard Danyo of Lehighton. 8 grandchildren, Shannon, James, Skye, Desiree, Zachary, Joshua, Cassie, and Corey. 8 great grandchildren. sister, Murial Highland of Lehighton. brothers, Leon and wife Pat of Lehighton, Scott and wife Debbie of Evanston, IN. numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by daughter, Debbie Wentz in 1974, son, Junior Wentz in 1973, sisters, Betty Stuckley, Linda Schoenberger, and a brother, Allen.
