Ronald W. Muthard, Sr.

Ronald W. Muthard, Sr ., 82, of Wintergreen Road, Palmerton, Lower Towamensing Twp, died peacefully Friday morning, March 1, 2024, at Gracedale Nursing Home, Nazareth. He was the husband of Constance M. (Peters) Muthard since June 1, 1968. Born in Lehighton, he was a son of the late Walter and Myrtle (Rehrig) Muthard.

Ronald was employed as a meat cutter by the former Laneco Grocery, Lehighton, for many years. Later, he worked in the same capacity for Ahart Market, Bath. Ronald enjoyed his garden, growing vast amounts of vegetables, along with camping, and spending time outside.

Survivors: wife. sons, Thomas L., Darrell A. and wife Jennifer, all of Palmerton. 3 grandchildren, Justin Muthard,Samantha Muthard, both of Palmerton, Destiny Muthard of State College. 2 great grandchildren. 1 great great granddaughter. sister, Nancy Muthard of Ashfield. brothers, Walter, Howard, and David, all of Ashfield, Stanley of NC. several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by son, Ronald W., Jr. in 1992, sister, Barbara Moyer, and brother, Paul.
