Ronald E. Schuck

Ronald E. Schuck, 84, of Hillside Road, Slatington, Washington Township, Pennsylvania, died on Saturday morning, December 1, 2018, at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township.  He was the husband of Ann E. (Schreiter) Schuck.  Born in Palmerton, He was the son of the late Elvin E. and Alma I. (Turner) Schuck.

Ronald was employed as a truck driver and diesel mechanic for over 35 years.  He was a 1952 graduate of the former Slatington High School.  Ronald served his country honorably in the Army, Korea Era, achieving rank of SP4 E-4.  He was a member of Assumption BVM Catholic Church, Slatington. Ronald was a life member of the National Rifle Association, and of the Grundsau Lodsch Nummer #18 un die Gross Forelle Grick, Lecaw Kaundi.

Survivors: Wife, Ann  Daughters, Patricia A. wife of Joseph Carraghan of Bethlehem, Susan Jean wife of Paul Kulick of Rockford, IL.  Sons, Ronald W. and wife Helen Schuck of Doylestown, Terry K. Schuck and companion Andrea Devoue of Peach Bottom, Lancaster County, Robin P. and wife Yvette Schuck of Danielsville, Christopher E. Schuck of Slatington.  6 grandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter.

Services: Mass of Christian Burial, 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, December 5, 2018, Assumption BVM Church, 633 W. Washington Street, Slatington, PA 18080.  Call, 10:00-11:00 a.m., Wednesday in the church.  Interment, with Military Honors, at the Parish Cemetery, Slatington.  Arrangements are by Miller Funeral Home, 137 Fairview Street, Lehighton, PA 18235.  Online Condolences may be left for the family at: www.schislerfuneralhomes.com.
