Rosemarie K. Pypiuk

Rosemarie K. Pypiuk , 87 from Allentown, PA, passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 27, 2025, at Holy Family Manor in Bethlehem, PA. She was the daughter of the late Mary (Krayosky) Miga. She was the wife of the late Terrence H. Pypiuk with whom she shared 63 years of marriage at the time of his passing on October 9, 2023.

Rosemarie was a graduate of Northampton High School, class of 1956. she was employed by Lerner's Dept. Store. State Representative Russell Kowalyshyn as a legal secretary, and as a cafeteria worker for the Dieruff High School, Allentown, PA before retiring in 1981. She was a lifetime member of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary Ukrainian Orthodox Church, Northampton, PA where she was very active with many groups, including the choir and past president of the sisterhood.

She is survived by her sons, Gregory T. Pypiuk and wife Kellie of Bethlehem, PA and Daniel W. Pypiuk and companion Sherry Baker; four grandchildren (Alex, Amanda, Nicholas, and Allison); two great-grandchildren.

A Burial Service will be held at 9:30 AM on Saturday January 3, 2026, at Assumption Virgin Mary Ukrainian Orthodox Church, 1301 Newport Ave. Northampton, PA 18067. The family will receive friends on Friday January 2, 2026, from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM with Parastas Prayers at 8:00 PM at the Schisler Funeral Home, 2119 Washington Ave., Northampton, PA 18067, and in church on January 3, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM prior to the burial service. Interment will follow in the parish cemetery.
