Rosemary E. Stritz

Rosemary E. Stritz, 73 of Palmerton, Pa, passed away on Thursday, November 15, 2018, at St. Luke's Hospital - Palmerton Campus. Born March 3, 1945 in Weatherly, Pa, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Edna (Walters) Hensel. She was the wife of Michael Stritz with whom she shared 54 years of marriage this past July.

Rosemary was a graduate of Weatherly High School.  She worked as a trimmer at the former Fernbrook Co., Palmerton.  She also worked as a cashier at Palmerton Convenient Store and a waitress at Bert's Steakhouse, Palmerton. She loved to crochet, knit, and restore old dolls.

Surviving are son, Michael Stritz, Jr. of Manama, Bahrain, daughter, Donna A., wife of Chris Ahner of Forest Inn, PA, sister, Myra Ryalls of Palmyra, VA, 3 grandchildren, Derek, Dustin and Melissa. She was predeceased by brothers, Arthur and Wayne Hensel.
