Rosemary Yoost, 61 of Saylorsburg, PA. passed away on Wednesday, June 20, 2018, at her home surrounded by family. Born August 15, 1956 in Elizabeth, New Jersey, she was the daughter of the late William Yoost and Stella (Schiller) Yoost of Saylorsburg.
Rosemary worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant for the Slatebelt Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Bangor, PA for several years before becoming a private duty caregiver. She attended St. Luke's R.C. Church, Stroudsburg, PA. She was an avid horse lover, owner, and Trainer for years. She enjoyed Landscaping and ran her own business for several years. She also was a cat person who loved her many cats.
Survivors: Surviving along with her Mother are brothers, William J Yoost of Saylorsburg, PA and James M. Yoost of Long Pond, PA, sisters, Karen A. Davis of Saylorsburg, PA and Velvet M. Yoost of Vernon, NJ; 4 nieces and a nephew.
Services: A Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, June 24, 2018 at Bartholomew-Schisler Funeral Home, 211 E. Center Street Nazareth, PA. 18064. The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM prior to the services. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family.
Contributions: May be made to the American Cancer Society C/O the funeral home.
