Roy G. Weil

Roy G. Weil , 91 of Northampton, PA passed away suddenly, December 16, 2023, at his residence in Northampton, PA. Born June 5, 1932 in Northampton, PA, he was the son of the late Fred Weil, and the late Katie (Gogle) Weil.  Roy was the husband of the late Sara (Marsh) Weil, with whom he shared 67 years of loving marriage with before her passing in April of this year.

He served in the Army during the Korean War, and was Honorably Discharged. Once he arrived back home, Roy went to work at the Former Atlas Cement Company for 25 years as a Laborer.  He retired and opened his own shop, "Roy's Antiques" which he worked at for many years. Roy was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ Howertown, and was also a member of  Northampton's American Legion Post 353.

Survivors: son, Douglas R. Weil of Northampton, PA.

Roy was deeply loved and will be dearly missed.

Services are private and at the convenience of the family. Schisler Funeral Homes, 2119 Washington Avenue, Northampton PA, have been entrusted with his care and service.
