Rozalia A. (Kozio) Duchniewicz , 94, of James Street, Forest Inn, Towamensing Township, Pennsylvania, died late Monday evening, April 27, 2020, in her home. She was the wife of the late Jerzy Duchniewicz who passed in 2005. Born in Czestochowa, Poland, she was a daughter of the late Franeiszek and Wiktoria (Garus) Kozio.
Rozalia was employed in the custodial services department of the former World Trade Center, New York, NY, for many years until retiring in 1987. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Palmerton. Rozalia enjoyed cooking, baking, and spending time shopping.
Survivors: Daughters, Janina R. Horbacz, and Christine Lew, both of Forest Inn. Grandson, Chester Horbacz. Granddaughters, Halina Lew, and Barbara Lew-Feeney. Great-grandson, John Feeney. 3 sisters. 1 brother. Several nieces and nephews.
Services: Due to Covid 19 Regulations, a private Mass of Christian Burial will take place at the convenience of the family. Interment, Holy Cross Roman Catholic Cemetery, North Arlington, NJ.
