Sara J. Weil

Sara J. (Marsh) Weil , 89 of Northampton, PA passed away on Saturday, April 8, 2023, at her residence in Northampton, PA. Born December 12, 1933 in Northampton, PA, she was the daughter of the late Alvin and late Stella (Fox) Marsh. She was the wife of Roy Weil, with whom she shared 66 years of loving marriage.

She was a graduate of Northampton Area High School, class of 1951. Sara spent her life as a secretary/bookkeeper. She started at the former Cement National Bank, Northampton, PA, then moving to Tama Manufacturing, and lastly to Northampton Area School District, where she spent the majority of her career, retiring after over 25 years of service. Sara was an avid quilter, and she was so skilled that she had multiple first place quilts. She was a member at the Northampton and Whitehall Libraries and was a member of St. John's U.C.C. Northampton, where she sang on the choir. Sara enjoyed her time in the Poconos and with her husband and son.

Surviving along with her husband, son, Douglas Weil of Northampton, PA, brother, Luther Marsh of Whitehall, PA. She was predeceased by 2 brothers, and 3 sisters.
