Scott A. Allen

Scott A. Allen , 52, of Hilltop Lane, Ashfield, East Penn Township, Pennsylvania, died suddenly Sunday afternoon, April 11, 2021, at Sovah Health General Hospital, Martinsville, VA, after being stricken while attending the Cookout 250 NASCAR Race at Martinsville Speedway.  He was the husband of Beverly A. (Furry) Allen since November 21, 1987.  Born in Palmerton, he was a son of the late Lloyd Sr. and Lois (Kresge) Allen.

Scott was owner/operator/mechanic of Mobile RV Repair, Lehighton.  He attended St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church of Towamensing, Palmerton.  Scott enjoyed trains, all types of RVs, NASCAR, and going to work with his favorite German Shepherd Pup, Buddy.  He was a 1987 graduate of the Palmerton High School.

Survivors: Wife.  Daughter, Chelsea at home.  Sons, Scott II and wife Amber of Palmerton, and Joshua at home.  Sister, Brenda wife of Michael Ahner of Saylorsburg.  Brothers, Lloyd Jr. and wife Cheryl of Palmerton, and Todd and wife Michele of Palmerton.  Numerous nieces and nephews.  6 German Shepherd Companions.  He was predeceased by sister, Diane Monahan who passed in 1988, and brother, Larry Jr.
