Sharon F Dorshimer

Sharon F. (Dunker) Dorshimer, 59, of Lehigh Avenue, Palmerton, died Sunday afternoon, March 6, 2016, at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township. Born in Perryville, MO, she was a daughter of the later Daniel and Martha (Herbert) Dunker.
Sharon was employed as a waitress for the Hi-Way Restaurant, Laury''s Station, for the last 24 years. Previously, she worked in the same capacity for Bert''s Steakhouse, Palmerton. Sharon enjoyed caring for her cat, and watching the Hallmark channel on cable.
Survivors: sons, Gary L., and Jeremy W., both of Aquashicola. 4 grandchildren, Matthew, Nathan, Jane, and Mallory. Sisters, Marianne wife of Victor Solvin of Fairfield Bay, AR; Diane Dunker of Festus, MO. Brothers, David of Perryville, MO; Daryl and wife Ruthann of Manchester, TN; Danny and wife Jane of Ste. Genevieve, MO. 5 nieces and 3 nephews. She was predeceased by son, Cory A. in 2010.
Services: Memorial Services, 2:00 pm Thursday, Campton Funeral Home, 525 Delaware Avenue, Palmerton, PA 18071. Call 1-2:00 pm Thursday in the funeral home. Private Interment.
