Sharon E. Dorshimer

Sharon E. Dorshimer , 75, formerly of Lehighton, PA, died peacefully Thursday afternoon, August 17, 2023, at Cedar Crest Post-Acute, Salisbury Township.  Born in Lehighton, she was a daughter of the late Leroy and Thelma Dorshimer.

Sharon was employed as a secretary for the former Allentown State Hospital, Rittersville.  Later, she worked as a secretary for the Evangelical Lutheran Church of the Holy Trinity, Palmerton.  She was a 1966 graduate of the Lehighton High School, and a member of People's Evangelical Congregational Church, Franklin Township.  Sharon enjoyed contributing to the Towers to Tunnels Program.

Survivors: Nephews, Aaron Scherer and Brandon Scherer, both of Palmerton.  Cousins.  Friends.  She was predeceased by sister, Debra Scherer.
