Sharon A. Longacre

Sharon A. Longacre , 63, of Lehighton, PA, passed away on April 4, 2023, at St. Luke's Hospital - Carbon Campus in Lehighton, PA. Born September 18, 1959 in Palmerton, she was the daughter of the late Edwin and late Hazel (Dunbar) Longacre.

Sharon started her working career as a secretary and bartender at Hideaway Hills. Afterwards, she was a independent mail carrier in the Poconos for 19 years before retiring in 2020. Sharon loved to dance, especially square dancing, along with spending time with her family, friends, and 3 cats.

Survivors: daughter, Laurie wife of Kyle Ahner of Lehighton, PA. Son, Jeremy Kresge and fiancé Kacey Hall of Dallas, PA.  Granddaughters Vanessa Ahner and fiancé Hayden Kresge, and Paytin Kresge.  Grandsons Cameron Ahner, Corbin Hall, and Austin Kresge.  Brother, Richard Hall and wife Janet of Lehighton, PA. She was predeceased by brother Larry Longacre, and sister Deborah O'Brien.
