Shiela M. Jacoby

Shiela M. (Barthold) Jacoby , 58 of Blue Mountain View, Kunkletown, Lower Towamensing Township, Carbon County, died suddenly early Saturday morning, March 15, 2025, in her home.  She was the wife of Wayne D. Jacoby since August 28, 1982.  Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of Robert F., Sr. and Virginia L. (Meckes) Barthold of Palmerton.

Shiela was a loving wife, mother, daughter, granddaughter, and homemaker.  She enjoyed taking care of her family, and gardening.

Survivors: Husband.  Parents.  Daughters, Melanie A. wife of Jesse R. Strohl, and Stephanie M. wife of Charles W. Schell, all of Palmerton.  4 grandchildren, Randy, Tyler, Halia, and Alexis.  4 great-grandchildren.  Sisters, Pamela Barthold of SC, Wanda wife of Paul Muthard of Ashfield.  Brother, Robert F., Jr. and wife Donna of Reeders,  Monroe County.  10 nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by a sister, Valerie Hayes.
