Shirley Ann Borger

Shirley Ann Borger, 72, of Christman Road, Kunkletown, Eldred Township, Pennsylvania, died Friday evening, October 28, 2016, in her home. She was the wife of the late Larry "Butch" D. Borger. Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of the late Elvin Mills and Ruth (Distler) Mills-Boyer.
Shirley was employed as a seamstress for the former Scotty's Fashions, Little Gap, for many years. She attended Jerusalem Evangelical Lutheran Church, Trachsville.
Survivors: Daughter, Kristine L. wife of Troy Meckes of Kunkletown. Sons, Larry D., Jr. of Palmerton, Todd D. of Blakeslee. 2 grandchildren, Kasey and Jordan. Sisters, Linda Green of Georgia, Sandra Wanamaker of Allentown. Brothers, Barry Mills of Palmerton, Paul Mills of Tennessee, Robert Mills of Honesdale. Several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother, Joseph Mills.
Services: 11:00 a.m. Thursday, November 3, 2016, at Campton Funeral Home, Inc., 525 Delaware Avenue, Palmerton, PA 18071. Call, 10:00-11:00 a.m. Thursday in the funeral home. Interment, Jerusalem Lutheran Cemetery, Trachsville.
