Stella Babich

Stella F. (Zmarzley) Babich, 91, of Kohls Road, Northampton, Allen Township, died early Friday morning, February 12, 2016, at Holy Family Manor, Bethlehem, PA. She was the wife of the late George Babich who passed in 2008. Born in Northampton, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Caroline (Ference) Zmarzley.
Stella was employed by the former AT & T Manufacturing Corporation, Allentown, formerly Western Electric, many years until retirement. She attended Queenship of Mary Catholic Church, Northampton, and was a member of the former St. Michael the Archangel Parish, Northampton.
Survivors: Sons, Robert T. of Kreidersville, Mark A. of Easton. Brother, Walter of Northampton. Many nieces, nephews and cousins. Goddaughter, Vickie Ann Hahn. She was predeceased by brothers, Joseph, Victor, John, Edward, Chester, Louis, Stanley and Leon.
Services: 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 17, 2016 at Schisler Funeral Home, Inc., 2119 Washington Avenue, Northampton, PA 18067. Call, 7:00 - 8:30 p.m., Tuesday, February 16, 2016 and Wednesday, 10:00 - 11:00 a.m., at the funeral home. Interment is at OLH Cemetery, 2nd Street, Northampton.
