Stephen M. Poandl

Stephen M. Poandl , 85 of East Penn Township, PA, passed away on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Carbon, Lehighton.  Born June 28, 1940 in Northampton, he was the son of the late Vincent and Mary (Augustine) Poandl, Sr. He and is wife Caroline T. (Taniser) Poandl were married on January 16, 1960.

He worked as an Inspector for the USDA for 35 years before retiring. Stephen enjoyed playing golf and spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Survivors: In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughters, Michelle wife of Ed Miller of East Penn Township, and Suzanne wife of Alan Schlenker of East Penn Township, brother, Charles and wife Annie Poandl of Charleston, SC, sisters, Mary Ann wife of Francis "Butch" Morgan of North Coplay, and Dolores wife of James Varnes of Pottstown, sister-in-law, Mary Ellen Poandl of Bath, four grandchildren, and six great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his brother, Vincent Poandl, Jr.
