Steven T. Pitchford

Steven T. Pitchford, 59 of Nazareth, passed away on Saturday, January 8, 2022, at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Muhlenberg,Bethlehem.

Born December 21, 1962 in Port Vue, Pennsylvania, he was the son of the late Edward and Margaret (McElhinny) Pitchford. He and his wife Michelle A. (Johnson) Pitchford were married on September 17, 1988.

He was a technician for Talen Energy for many years. Prior to that, he worked at the Portland Generating Station. Steven was an avid golfer and Penn State Football fan. He was a loving and giving husband, father and brother who loved to spend time with his family, including his siblings.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son, Bryce Pitchford of Plainfield Township, daughter, Hailey M. Pitchford of Plainfield Township, , sisters and brothers, Mary Grace, Edward, Jeff, Jim, Perry, Eric, and Natalie. He was predeceased by brother, Michael.

The family will receive friends from 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM, followed by a 4:00 PM funeral service, all on Friday, January 14, 2022, at the Bartholomew-Schisler Funeral Home, 211 E. Center Street, Nazareth.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Holy Family Roman Catholic Church, Nazareth, in care of the Bartholomew-Schisler Funeral Home, 211 East Center Street, Nazareth, PA 18064.
