Susan L. Solt

Susan L. (Wright) Solt , 66, of Mauch Chunk Road, Palmerton, PA, died early Friday morning, February 11, 2022, in her home.  She was the wife of Arlington A. Solt, Jr., since December 15, 1980.  Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of the late Albert, Jr., and Lillian I. (Gruber) Wright.

Susan was employed by the Country Junction General Store, Forest Inn, in the warehouse and supply department.  Previously, she worked at the former NJ Zinc Co., Palmerton, as a seamstress for various textile mills, and as a long distance, east coast, trucker with her husband, Arlington.  She was a member of the Palmerton Hungarian Club.

Survivors: Husband.  Daughters, Sheila Wright of Lansford, and Laura Zacharias of Palmerton.  Sons, Robert Whiteman of Lansford, Arlington A. Solt, III, of Little Gap, and Mark Solt of Palmerton.  10 grandchildren.  2 great-granddaughters.  Sister, Marlene Pereira of Bangor.  Brother, Steve Wright of Lehighton.  Nieces and nephews.
