Talbot Reed Houck Jr.

Talbot Reed Houck, Jr. , 77, of Hanover Township passed away suddenly on Tuesday, June 17, 2025, at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Muhlenberg, Bethlehem. Born March 28, 1948 in Atlantic City, New Jersey, he was the son of the late Talbot Reed and Roberta (Bailey) Houck, Sr. He and his wife Elizabeth A. (Blake) Houck were married on June 6, 1970.

He was a Senior Vice President for Lafayette Ambassador Bank before retiring in 2007 after 24 years. He honorably served in the US Navy during the Vietnam era and was a member of the Board of Directors of the Nazareth YMCA.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son, Talbot Reed Houck, III of Allentown, daughter, Amanda J. wife of Jeremy Shuler of Nazareth, grandchildren, Madeline, Linda, Colleen, Blake, Talbot, and Sara, great grandson, Jaxon, brothers, Thomas Houck and wife Carol of Galloway Township, NJ and John Houck and wife Marianne of Mays Landing, NJ.

Services: The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM followed by a 2:00 PM Funeral Service all on Monday, June 23, 2025, at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, 323 Nazareth Pike, Bethlehem (Hecktown), Pennsylvania. Interment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery, Nazareth.
