Terry L. Rice

Terry L. Rice, 78, of N. Loop Road, Slatington, Washington Twp, died early Monday afternoon, June 29, 2026, at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Twp. He was the husband of the late Sharen E. (German) Rice who passed in 2013. Born in Washington Twp, Lehigh County, he was a son of the late Clarence J. and Norene S. (Walters) Rice.

Terry was employed by the Team Office Company, Schnecksville, as a service and delivery man. An avid NASCAR Fan, he enjoyed watching both, Chase Elliott #9, and Jeff Gordon #24. Years ago, he raced modified at Mahoning Valley Speedway, Lehighton, #36.

Survivors: daughters, Angie M. wife of Brian K. Thomas, Donna wife of Michael Evans, and Debbie wife of Lorne Palansky, all of Slatington. 8 grandchildren. 7 great grandchildren. sisters, Barbara wife of Richard Sensinger, Linda Neff, Susan wife of Gerald Wotring, Betty Hoch, all of Slatington, Ellen Rice of Palmerton, Sandra wife of Thomas Schleicher of Lehighton. brother, Keith and wife Diane of Germansville. numerous nieces and nephews. longtime companion, Phyllis A. (Leith) Sell with whom he resided. step daughters, Terri Sell of New Hope, and Vicki Sell of Hellertown. He was predeceased by and infant sister, Donna, and brothers, Barry, Kenneth, and Ricky.
