Theresa A. Hinton

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Teresa Assunta Hinton , a source of endless love, who left us peacefully on April 16, 2025, at Bethlehem Manor. Born in Roseto, PA, Teresa was the daughter of the late Frank "Zinc" and Margaret (DeMilio) Martocci. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Nicholas Martocci.

Teresa graduated from Bangor High School and worked for many years as a seamstress in the garment industry before retiring.

She was a devoted mother and grandmother who made every meal and holiday special. She especially loved listening to Italian music while preparing Sunday dinner for her family.  Her famously beautiful antipasto salads were a work of art, and no one ever left her table hungry.

Her greatest joy was caring for and spending time with her grandchildren, who will always carry her in their hearts and cherish the fond memories of their Nonni.

Teresa is survived by her son Frank Reese and his wife Amy; daughter Margaret Butz and husband Jeff; grandson Evan; granddaughter Hannah and fiancé Zachary. She was predeceased by husbands Robert Reese and Charles Hinton Jr.

Funeral Services will be private. Miller Funeral Home, Lehighton PA, has been entrusted with her care. The family extends heartfelt thanks to the staff at Bethlehem Manor and Family Pillars Hospice for their compassionate care.
