Thomas R. Frable

Thomas R. Frable , 89, of Lafayette Avenue, Palmerton, PA, died early Thursday morning, March 24, 2022, in his home.  He was the husband of the late Maryanne (Bower) Frable, who passed in 1999.  Born in Palmerton, he was a son of the late Arthur E. and Arlene M. (Silliman) Frable.

Thomas was employed as a crane mechanic/electrician for the former Bethlehem Steel Corp. A 1950 graduate of the Slatington High School, he later served in the Army, Vietnam Era, and achieved the rank of SP6 E-6.  Thomas was a member of the Allentown Chess Club.

Survivors: Daughter, Kay L. Kehm of Whitehall, and Peggy Maher-Donschietz of Pleasant Valley.  5 grandchildren.  Several nieces and nephews.  Brothers, Robert, Douglas, and Richard.
