Thomas F. Guth Jr.

Thomas F. Guth, Jr ., 73 of Nazareth, PA, passed away on Monday, April 7, 2025. Born March 7, 1952, in Allentown, PA, he was the son of the late Thomas F. Guth, Sr. and the late Marion M. (Hengeveld) Guth.

Thomas was last employed as a Senior Consultant assisting the Army Depot at Centris Consulting Inc, before retiring in 2020. Prior to, he worked many years as a Supervisor for Mack Trucks in Macungie, PA. Thomas served his country as an EM2 on a nuclear Submarine in the US Navy from 1973 until 1976. Tom loved music and playing his guitar. He also enjoyed staying up to date with technology such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Virtual Reality, but he was best known by his family as the "Handyman" who could fix anything.

Surviving along with his significant other, Athena M. Gross and her three sons - Michael J. Gross, Nazareth, PA, Jason R. Gross (Juliann) of Easton, PA, Justin M. Gross (Brittney), Northampton, PA and their two children Vanessa and Bryson, Tom's
brothers, Franklin Guth (Georgette) of Northampton, PA, Douglas J. Guth of Tennessee and sister, Cindy Wyss (Rene) of North Carolina. He was predeceased by his son Thomas Franklin Guth, III and sister-in-law Georgette M. (Hirak) Guth.

A Graveside Service with military honors will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday April 10, 2025, at Old Zion Evangelical Church Cemetery, 5901 Kings Highway South Old Zionsville, PA 18068. Schisler Funeral Home, 2119 Washington Avenue, Northampton, PA 18067 has been entrusted with his care and arrangements.
