Tiffany Erin Becker (formally Findlan), born August 23rd, 1979, passed away peacefully on Friday May 10th, 2024, from ovarian cancer. While this was an experience in her life, it in no ways encompasses who she is. Tiff was an infectiously warm, empathic, and deeply driven woman. To say she was strong and courageous would be an understatement, even in the most trying of moments.
Having a passion for nature, Tiff had a way of finding the beauty in the things around her. She felt the most at ease when she was soaking in the beauty of our planet, whether that was through hiking, celebrating different cultures through travel, or skiing. It's safe to say that Tiff's place of respite was also when she was in the company of horses. As an avid (and talented) horseback rider, warm and cold days alike were often spent on the back of her horse Chip.
Tiff touched and continues to touch the lives of so many. Perhaps the life Tiff has touched the most has been that of her husband, Chris. Married in Fall 2012, they served as each other's steadfast supporters. They were a constant source of love for one another, even in the darkest of moments. This is something neither of them took for granted. Witnessing the support they offered each other just served as proof of the bond they shared and will continue to share.
Together, Tiff and Chris explored their mutual passions of good food, good company, and good beer. They enjoyed hosting close friends and family at their beautiful home, a late 1800's home. Adjacent to the Hokendauqua Creek and the old Kreidersville Covered Bridge, they remodeled the home, bringing it down to the studs and building it back up again together, and maintained its historic charm. Tiff and Chris' home was a place of solitude where they would garden, cook, and enjoy their days together, all while in the company of their three cats and house cow (aka "Quin" their two-year-old Great Dane).
Tiff was able to pass peacefully on her own terms, surrounded by the comfort of her husband and family. Her memory not only lives on in her friends who loved her dearly, but also through her family: Sandi (mother) and Patrick (father) Findlan, Brittany Findlan-Sawant (sister) and Mohanish Sawant (brother-in-law), Ben Findlan (brother), Terry (brother) and Jennifer (sister-in-law) Findlan, and Carol (mother-in-law) and Rick (father-in-law) Becker.
Services: To honor the beautiful life Tiff led, a celebration of life will be held on her birthday, August 23, 2024 from 3-8:00PM at the Kempton Community Center, 83 Community Center Drive, Kempton PA, 19529.
