Timothy J. Bieling

Timothy J. Bieling, 63, of Oak Road, Palmerton, Towamensing Township, PA, passed away Friday afternoon February 27, 2026, at Mahoning Post Acute Nursing and Rehab, Lehighton, after fighting a valiant battle with cancer. Born in Lehighton, he was a son of C.Richard and Constance (Rustako) Bieling with whom he resided. Over the past 10 years, he served as a constant companion and compassionate caretaker for his aging parents.

A whiz with computers, he devoted many years as an unsung hero maintaining nocturnal interment connectivity at PenTeleData, Palmerton. Tim could fix any software or hardware issue and was always generous with his time and problem-solving skills. He loved his cats, collected teddy bears from far and wide, and enjoyed creating miniature models. Always fascinated with the science of food and baking -Tim loved experimenting with taste and texture in the kitchen. He was also a film connoisseur, particularly sci-film and always had a recommendation or a movie to borrow. He especially loved Star Trek and discussing the depictions of technology and their real-world potential. Tim was loved by many and will be deeply missed. In parting words of Spock, "Live long and prosper."

Survivors: Parents. Sisters, Johanna wife of Tony Seo, and Katherine wife of Raymond Augustine, all of Palmerton. Brothers, C.R., Jr. and wife Maria, David and wife Robin, all of Palmerton, and Christopher of Marshall's Creek, Monroe County. Two aunts in New Jersey. Numerous nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by a sister, Virginia.
