Tyler J. Koch, 24, of Pohopoco Drive, Kunkletown, Towamensing Township, Carbon County, Pennsylvania, died suddenly on Christmas Eve, in Towamensing Township as a result of a vehicular accident. Born in Palmerton, he was the son of Kevin "Jim" Koch, and Melissa (Wieand) wife of David Kromer of Palmerton.
Tyler worked with his father, at Koch's Excavating and Firewood, Kunkletown, for the last several years. He was a 2012 graduate of the Palmerton High School.
Survivors: Parents. Stepmother, Kristin Doran of Kunkletown. Maternal grandparents, Michael A. and wife Susan R. (Brewer) Sarik of Palmerton. Sister, Page Kromer of Palmerton. Stepbrother, Jeremy Long of Saylorsburg. Aunts, Kelly McIntosh of Nesquehoning, Marie Troch of Egypt, Jean Edelman of Northampton, Joanne Horn of Whitehall. Uncles, Michael Sarik of Palmerton, Joseph Koch of Towamensing Township. Several cousins.
Services: Memorial Services, 10:00 a.m., Saturday, December 29, 2018, at Campton Funeral Home, 525 Delaware Avenue, Palmerton, PA 18071. Call, 9:00-10:00 a.m., Saturday in the funeral home.
