Victoria E. Burkhardt

Victoria E. (Solt) Burkhardt , 91, of Mahoning Mountain Road, Lehighton, Mahoning Township, died early Friday morning, December 26, 2025, in her home.  She was the wife of the late William J. Burkhardt who passed in 1979.  Born in Lehighton, she was a daughter of the late John and Sarah J. (Sterling) Solt.

Victoria was the owner/operator/instructor of Vickie's Ceramics, Lehighton, for many years.  She was a certified ceramics instructor. Victoria enjoyed camping, farming, gardening, and caring for her previous horses.  She attended Dinkey Evangelical Lutheran Church, Ashfield.

Survivors: Grandchildren, William, Juliane, and Stephanie.  8 great-grandchildren.  1 great-great-granddaughter.  Sister, Janet wife of Ronald Strohl of Catasauqua.  Brother, Robert Solt of Gilbertsville, Montgomery County.  Nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by daughters, Heather E. Burkhardt in 2020, Donna M. Araujo in 2024, son, John E. Burkhardt in 2011, an adopted son, Edward Burkhardt, sister, Dorothy Mele, and a brother, Luther Solt.

Services: Memorial Services, 12 noon, Saturday, January 24, 2026, Miller Funeral Home, 137 Fairview Street, Lehighton, PA 18235.  Call, 11:00 a.m. to 12noon, Saturday in the funeral home.  Private Interment.  Online Condolences can be left for the family at: www.schislerfuneralhomes.com .
