Wanda L. Getz

Wanda L. Getz , 63 of Northampton, PA, passed away on Friday, September 20, 2024, at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Muhlenberg Campus in Bethlehem, PA. Born May 13, 1961 in Bethlehem, PA, she was the daughter of the late August Getz and the late Doris (Gable) Getz.

Wanda was a 1979 graduate of Northampton Area Senior High School. who was last employed as a Certified Nursing Assistant with Alexandria Manor, Nazareth, PA for the past 24 years.

She is survived by her sister, Margaret E. wife of Eugene F. Kocher, Jr. of Bath, PA. nieces; Melissa S. Mack and companion Brian Hyndshaw of Whitehall, PA, Brittany L. wife of Tyler Dewalt and Kaitlyn S. Stein both of Northampton, PA, nephew, Eugene E. Kocher of Bath, PA. Along with great nieces, Vanessa, Brooke and Cassandra. She was predeceased by her sister, Wendy A. Stein in October 2023.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Schisler Funeral Home, Northampton, PA has been entrusted with her care.
