Willard A. Mantz,
89, of Laurys Station, and Schnecksville, Pennsylvania, died Tuesday evening, February 27, 2018, at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township. He was the husband of Aldine A. (Hoffman) Angstadt-Mantz since April 27, 1985, and the late Ruth (Remaley) Mantz who passed in 1976. Born in Laurys Station, he was a son of the late Albert and Mary (Confer) Mantz.
Willard was employed as a Miller/Line worker for ConAgra Flour Mill, North Whitehall Township, for over 50 years, retiring in 1995. He was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ, Trexlertown. A 1946 graduate of the Parkland High School, he served his country honorably in the Army, Korea Era, achieving the rank of PFC(T). Willard enjoyed woodworking.
Survivors:
Wife, Aldine. Daughters, Diane D. Buchert of Pottstown, Ilean S. wife of Randal Ruhe of New Tripoli. Sons, Nelson and wife Debra Angstadt of Kutztown, Glenn and wife Judith Angstadt of Allentown. 8 Grandchildren and 8 Great-Grandchildren. Sisters, Edith, and Helen, and Brothers, Curtis, and Warren. He was predeceased by a Son, Kevin Angstadt in 1983.

2:00 p.m., Sunday, March 4, 2018, at Schisler Funeral Home, Inc., 2119 Washington Avenue, Northampton, PA 18067. Call, 1:00-2:00 p.m., Sunday in the funeral home. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery, Cherryville Road, Northampton. Online Condolences may be left for the family at:
