William F. Knopf , 82 of Whitehall, PA, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 19, 2024, at VNA Hospice House @ St. Luke's in Bethlehem, PA. Born February 15, 1942, in Allentown, PA, he was the son of the late Lewis Knopf and the late Mary (Cencisits)  Knopf. He was the husband of Joann M. (Trayes) Knopf with whom he shared 48 years of marriage this past February 14, 2024.

William was a 1960 graduate of Northampton Area High School who was last employed as a Valet Driver for Lehigh Valley Hospital Network Cedar Crest Campus for 20 years before retiring in 2013. Prior to he worked in the textile industry for many years. William was a former Bowler with the Men's League at. St. Paul's Sick & Beneficial Society - Hungarian Hall, Northampton, PA for many years, where he achieved two perfect games of 300 over his bowling career. He also enjoyed Horse racing at Penn National and going to the Mount Airy Casino.

Surviving along with his wife are his children, Wendy M. wife of Noel Trinidad, Jr. of Bethlehem, PA, Michelle, and Timothy, sister, Louise Gulycz and husband John of Whitehall, PA; 3 grandchildren; Mckayla, Jaelyn, and Brayden. He was predeceased by sister, Anna Motsko.

A Funeral Service will be held at 7:30 PM on Wednesday April 24, 2024, at Schisler Funeral Home, 2119 Washington Ave. Northampton, PA 18067. Family and friends may call from 6:00 PM until time of service. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family.
