William W. Overholt

William Warren Overholt, Bill, of Walnutport, PA, passed away surrounded by his loving family, on Friday afternoon February 21, 2025 at his home.  He was the loving husband of Carol Ann (Billheimer) Overholt.  He and Carol were married 52 years, exemplifying their unwavering commitment to one another.  Born July 1, 1952 in Fullerton, PA, he was the son of the late Jacob and Mary Overholt.

Bill was a graduate of Slatington High School, Class of 1970 and retired from Lorah Excavating December 2019.  Bill was an expert marksman and enjoyed the outdoors, which included hunting, fishing, canoeing and kayaking through summer 2024. Bill was the favorite uncle to his many nieces and nephews and grandnieces and grandnephews, always generously spending time with them.

Along with his wife Carol, Bill is survived by his brother and sister-in-law, Lance and Beverly Overholt of Danville, PA, his twin sister, Diane Overholt of Owens Cross Roads, AL, his brother and sister-in-law Dwight and Beverly Overholt of Cherryville, PA, and his many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.  A Celebration of Life will be scheduled at a future date to be announced.
