William J. Schlener

William J. Schlener, 74 of Allentown, PA, formerly of Catasauqua, PA passed away on Sunday May 31, 2026 at Cedarbrook Nursing Home, Allentown, PA. Born August 27, 1951 in Catasauqua, PA, he was the son of the late Walter Schlener and the late Dorothy (Dieter) Schlener.

William was a 1969 graduate of Whitehall High School and was last employed by BFI Waste Services, Allentown, PA as a Dispatcher for several years before retiring in 1990.

Survivors: William is survived by several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brothers, Walter, Sr. and Donald P.

Services: A Graveside Service and Committal will be held privately for the family at Cedar Hill Memorial Park, Allentown, PA. Memorial Park, Allentown, PA. Schisler Funeral Home, Northampton, PA. has been entrusted with his care and arrangements.
