Winston A. "Bill" Orsinger , 101 of Nazareth, passed away on Thursday, November 13, 2025, at Morningstar Senior Living, Nazareth.
Born August 11, 1924 in Minneapolis, Minnesota, he was the son of the late Felix and Lodennia (Culver) Orsinger and husband of the late Rosemary (McMahon) Orsinger and the late Mary Ann (Tripp) Orsinger.
He was a mechanical engineer for Bell and Howell, Bethlehem for many years before retiring and honorably served in the US Army Air Corps during World War II. Bill was a member of Schoeneck Moravian Church where he enjoyed singing. He also sang in the Nazareth Community Choir. He was an avid baker and loved dogs, the Phillies, the Eagles and Square Dancing with his wife.
He is survived by daughters, Tracy E. Schwoyer and John Rogers of Allentown, and Leslie A. wife of Jim Thornberry of Louisville, KY, step daughter, Susan Decker of Stuyvesant, NY, step sons, John D. Kostenbader of Easton, Kyle J. Kostenbader of Nazareth, Daniel T. Kostenbader of Nazareth, granddaughters, Brynn and Emily, four step-grandchildren, three step-great grandchildren, brother, Dave Orsinger and wife Karen of Washington State. He was predeceased by son, Craig J. Orsinger, and brother, John Orsinger.
Services: The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM followed by an 11:00 AM memorial service, all on Monday, November 24, 2025, at the Bartholomew-Schisler Funeral Home, 211 E. Center Street, Nazareth, Pennsylvania 18064. Interment will follow at Schoeneck Moravian Cemetery, Upper Nazareth Township.
